You will receive an email each Monday for 4 weeks to act as a gentle guide through this course. You will have access, however, to the course for 12 weeks, so don’t worry about being pressed for time.

Here is our recommended flow. First, we highly recommend printing out the Holding Home PDF Booklet if possible. If you don’t have access to a printer, that’s perfectly fine—you can just use it online and take notes in your own journal. Gather a notebook or journal and a pen/pencil for your journey though this course. Anoint it with a special blessing for being part of your creation of coziness and delight! Second, watch the welcome videos below to dive into the frequency of this course. Throughout your time here, you can guide yourself to watch the other videos, which are linked on the side. We have videos from Carrie-Anne and Jules, as well as videos from Carrie-Anne and Sadie Rose. All of them are filled with valuable, inspiring wisdom and you can watch them at any time or pace you like.


Now, if you would like to learn the meditation that goes along with Holding Home, simply click on the button on the right that says Your Meditation. This meditation aligns with the intentions in this course to call in balance, bliss, and connection. We recommend exploring this meditation in the first day or 2 to get a feel for it, and then watching it daily (yes daily!) as you follow along and create a meditation practice out of it. See how many days in a row you can do it. Can you do 11? 30? Commit to yourself and keep track in your journal. There is no right or wrong—this is all about what you want to give yourself and create for yourself.
