Guided Visualization

Listen to a soothing, guided visualization from Carrie-Anne. For this, we recommend sitting or laying down in a quiet, cozy place, and letting yourself truly relax. We love doing this before bedtime, but you can do it anytime that feels good to you.

Recipes

Turmeric Latte (inspired by Kelly Brogan)

  • Boil one cup of water

  • At 1/2 cup of turmeric

  • Lower heat and stir.. it will turn into a paste

  • Turn off heat and stir in 1/4 cup of coconut oil..

  • Let cool, and add to a jar

  • Keep in fridge. And when craving it, throw a heaping tablespoon in your cup. Add boiled water, some almond milk and honey.

  • You can add cinnamon, pepper whatever you feel..

  • I love to blend in my Vitamix to make it extra frothy, but you certainly don't need a Vitamix to make it delicious.


Almond Milk

  • Take a cup air whatever you have of raw organic almonds and cover with filtered water.

  • Soak over night .

  • Rinse and gently peel the skins off (this allows you not to strain. If you prefer to strain, you can leave skins on).

  • Take almonds and add 4 cups of water

  • Blend in blender or Vitamix

  • Add a pinch of salt or a date if you like (I love mine plain....)

  • And put in fridge. It lasts about 4-5 days.
